Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Australian Shipping: $15 (3-7 business days)
- Express Australian Shipping: $20 (1-3 business days)
- Free Australian Shipping: Available on orders over $100

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all Australian states and territories. We also offer international shipping to select countries. If you are located outside Australia, please refer to the international shipping options at checkout.
Delivery Times

- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

Track Your Order

Lost or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or if you suspect it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. Mister Mann is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or misdirected due to an incorrect address being provided at checkout.
Customs and Import Duties (For International Orders)
